“The hotel's Wi-Fi caused me a lot of trouble. It connected automatically without needing to connect but I couldn't use it. What's more terrible is that it also blocked the data signal of our mobile phone. The second point of dissatisfaction is that there are ants on the bed and floor. “My kids enjoyed the pool even though it was a bit cold. My husband and I enjoyed sitting by the fire at night by the pool area. The rooms were clean and up to date. The shower was super nice and the water was super warm. The breakfast was a nice bonus all of us ate and enjoyed our food.”

“Everytime I visit Gatlinburg and the Pigeon Forge area, I choose this hotel. The breakfast attendant is always in point with the food and restocking the items. I other hotel staff was also very helpful. This is my favorite place to stay in the area when visiting. ”
