“What a fantastic stay! The room was spacious, very clean, and modern, with a fully equipped kitchen that made our visit even more comfortable. We absolutely loved our time here and will definitely book again for our next trip! The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of seating available in the lobby to enjoy it comfortably. The location is also a major plus, conveniently situated near US-321, directly across from The Island in Pigeon Forge, and just a short drive to Gatlinburg. Highly……

“All the staff was friendly, family owned 50+ years . Convenient to all the shops and restaurants and The Island . Right on Parkway , close to everything. Definitely would stay again !”

“The hotel's Wi-Fi caused me a lot of trouble. It connected automatically without needing to connect but I couldn't use it. What's more terrible is that it also blocked the data signal of our mobile phone. The second point of dissatisfaction is that there are ants on the bed and floor. The third point is that there are many people during breakfast service, and milk can only be obtained by queuing in the buffet area. There should be milk in the coffee area.”

“The property has a great pool and a wonderful location that is truly in the center of everything. The size of the room was great for our party with three young children. However our room was not cleaned. We had to ask four times on our second day for the room to be cleaned and it was still not done by 7:30pm which was very hard with the children. The same thing happened the following day. We explained to the manager that we really needed the room done before 5 since we had both a special needs……

“Great stay! The rooms were clean, and the common areas, hallways, lobby, all smelled freshly clean and was spotless. I really enjoyed my stay here. Breakfast was great, indoor and outdoor pool options, and a snack bar was available with ice cream, microwave meals, and snack/candy options. Close to the main drive - Parkway, yet secluded a block or two off the main road. I would recommend this hotel and I would stay again. ”
