“燈光太暗，飯店老舊缺乏維護。感覺附近治安不佳，有些異常的人在大廳走動但是沒有警衛保護住宿的安全。吧台餐廳的食物很糟，冷凍食物。”

“Arrived to find out my room was flooded in a pipe leak the night prior. The staff were very friendly about this and waived the destination (this charge was not listed on Hotels.com) and parking fees. The room we received was an accessible one with two double beds instead of a King. This was a reasonable accomodation. The rooms could use updating, but the other aspects of the resort were top notch. The firepits and morning coffee were particularly appreciated.”
