“Loretta was endlessly accommodating and a great communicator. Her place was exactly as described and very clean and updated. The beds were comfortable and the sheets delightful. We had to rush out to catch an earlier train, so hopefully we didn’t leave a mess anywhere or leave things behind. ”

“Non essendoci indirizzi email volevo segnalare che la struttura non e' attiva pur avendo ricevuro la conferma della prenotazione sono andata sul posto,con a seguito 2 bimbi e ho trovato cancellocjiuso.Ho provato a chiamare sia la struttura che il serv clienti expedia ma non sono riuscita a parlare con nessuno. soltamto alle 21.38 la struttira mi manda email di prenotazione cancellata. trovo tutto cio' scandaloso e da un portale come expedia ,conodciuto in tutto il mondo ,non posso tollerare……

“The apartment is very spacious with a balcony showcasing beautiful views of the sea. We were able to make it our home away from home for a one month stay in Anzio. The location is perfect for easy walks to the restaurants, cafes, & shops in town, walks on the beach, or to the train station for quick (1 hr. 6 min.) day trips into Rome. Clara Censon was a great host, extremely helpful, quick to respond to any questions and provided many good restaurant recommendations. Our only negative comment,……

“Simonetta’s Villa is beautiful, spacious and in a great location for a relaxing family get-away. The outdoor space is amazing - with a hot tub, ping pong table and bikes to keep our children entertained for hours. Everything we needed was within walking distance (grocery store, coffee/gelato shop, beach) which was awesome as we didn’t have to rent a vehicle to get around. The rooms within the house are also spacious and comfortable for a larger family. I would definitely recommend Simonetta’s……
