“Location and quiet.”

“The room is quite small, and there is even no any tea bags or coffee in the room. The bathroom is so tight and the showers room is very small… The water is not warm enough. The hairdryer is also sucks…”

“My first time to Italy, arrived from cruise port. I have no idea about geographic location of either the port, the hotel or even Rome. Turn out it is about 20 min from the port and 45 min from Rome. Hotel staffs are friendly and arranged taxi transportation from the port to the hotel. Hotel is next to the beach with private deck for Sun bathing. We spent a few afternoon at the bar enjoying my drink and ocean breeze. A perfect place for relaxation. ”

“The hotel is a 10-15 walk from the Ladispoli train station. We arrived at the train station at 2300 hrs with 4 suitcases, and there was no taxi service at this hour. Uber does not operate here. It was quite a task lugging 4 suitcases to the hotel. The locals in the area too did not know where the hotel is. Anyways the hotel is a nice well maintained property. AC and refrigerator (worked as a cooler) in the room. No safe vault. Rooms are clean, breakfast is good, many eating places and bars……

“very close to the airport and Luigi (the driver) who drove us from the airport to the hotel was extremely nice and friendly. The night receptionist (man) was a bit rude and rushing us when we asked to many questions. Internet worked. Great breakfast. the rooms were clean but a bit small. We thought that since the location is a bit close to the airport and it would be very loud at night, but in fact, the flights are not active and was very quiet”
