“I was in town for a horse show at the American Royal Complex. I was concerned about finding a safe, clean and affordable hotel in the area but this one checked all the boxes. It was a 10 minute, hassle free drive to the American Royal Complex. Check in/Check out was fast, simple and the staff were all very pleasant and helpful. The parking was well lit, camera monitored and easy to navigate. Best of all, it was INCLUDED in the price! The hotel was secure, clean, quiet and comfortable. Nice……

“We stayed with this host before when we came up to kc about a year ago for a trip to childrens mercy. we had another one today so we decided to book with them again and stayed in their other apartment to check it out since they were attached. Apartment was just as beautifu and as comfortable as the 1st one. Only thing we can complain about is the faint smell of pot from possibly the people who might of stayed there before us. Still give it 5 stars!! Becuase it was homie and very afordable”

“Honestly was surprised by this hotel. I almost turned around and booked a different hotel when I pulled up but figured I’d give it a shot. It was surprisingly clean and quiet. For what I paid, I’d stay there again. Have low expectations (because that’s what you’re paying for) and you really won’t be disappointed here.”
