“There was a lot of construction going on at the hotel when we visited for an admitted students day at UVM. They also only had valet parking, which was a little inconvenient. The rooms were nice and the staff was helpful. Great location in between UVM and the lake and walkable to Church Street. There was a lot of construction downtown in general so it was a little confusing getting there. ”

“Liked the reliability of Best Western Brands. Pet peeve is poor lighting in hotel rooms, and BW was no exception. Get some decent light bulbs in. Keeping the rooms dim makes it seem like you are trying to cover up something like dirt or bugs, and it makes it hard to dig through luggage packed with dark clothes.”

“It was a busy weekend with graduations....We had reserved a room with two beds (a year ago), but got one king? size bed instead. It couldn't be changed, but my daughter and i were very comfortable and satisfied with the room. Breakfast was late is getting set up, one thing came out at a time. coffee machine wasnt working at first. But I was told there was a new person working, so we gave her some slack and never complained. Overall I rated 5 stars and was very happy with accomodations. ”

“Very well kept grounds”

“Beautiful hotel, and I have stayed here before I do have a few suggestions for you. First of all, the Internet was very sketchy and making phone calls was definitely an issue issue. Secondly, it would be nice to put a magnifying mirror on the wall by the sink and have better lighting there. Lastly, you could use some yoga mats in the gym. I didn’t love the beds and the bedding and the towels, all first class.”

“We had a great experience at this hotel! The staff was incredibly accommodating, and the customer service really stood out—especially Christine and Kaeann (spelling?). They were warm, professional, and went out of their way to make sure everything was just right at check-in and throughout my stay. “The hotel is old and needs maintenance. It was smelling old and dirty. The bathroom was super small, old 60-70 style. We just stay for sleep we didn’t care for others things.”

“整體而言很不錯，一開始猶豫許久，因為考慮到安全問題。但住宿當晚，睡得十分安心，owner十分健談。剛好來的時間為冬天，不然就可以欣賞免費的室外電影了！周遭環境為住宅區，各式美式連鎖速食餐廳都有，開車14分鐘即到市區，算是方便了。總體評價10分，能給到9.5分。”

“I stayed here with a friend for 3 nights on a work trip. The rooms were clean comfortable and I would stay here again next time I'm in the Burlington area for work. Note they don't have a hot tub even though pictures show a hot tub they've since removed it. The staff was friendly the rooms are clean the bed was comfortable.”
