“The hotel has old world charm but not stuffy. It's located in a busy part of the city right next to a train station, but inside is very quiet and serene; no noise penetrated into our room. Lots of flowers, both fresh and artificial, adorn the lobby and hallways. “AMAZING HOTEL! My wife and I were incredibly pleased with our experience in this hotel, everything was perfect, it was the best hotel we ever stayed at. Everybody in the staff was very nice and helpful, the hotel was very clean, safe and perfectly located (in a safe and quiet area, yet very accessible to anything in Lisbon walking distance). “First of all, it’s amazing! The stay is wonderful and it started with warm and welcoming staff at reception. She explained a lot and helped us on early check in.
