“Nice hotel, with a supermarket and restaurant nearby”

“The hotel rooms are old and dark. It is in fact so far away in a small town. The worst part is the room. We were allocated to a room but it is completely different with what appeared on hotels.com. The room is dark and seems very very old fashioned and dated. Bed quilt covers are yellowish and very old. Bathtub is definitely from 80's. We then turned to the reception and ask (not argue). The lady was so so unpleasant (with very bad expression on face and sighs before you!) Then we were being……

“The staff were very very very friendly! They always provided necessary service and info timely. Also, the hotel location is good, it will not take much time on foot to reach Sacré-Cœur, Galeries Lafayette and good restaurants. Briefly, I like the cozy hotel, and I will come back when I visit Paris!”

“The room was a little on the small side but not a major issue as spent the majority of the time out exploring the city so was only really used for sleeping. Could have maybe had a full length mirror in either the bedroom or bathroom but again doesn’t detract from the rest of the hotels features. Staff were very helpful and spoke good English, the breakfast had a wide range of foods catering for almost all dietary requirements. Pool and spa facilities were really good and relaxing.
