“Our stay at this Holiday Inn Express (Covington) was wonderful. Rachelle is not only an outstanding AGM, but she ran the breakfast room each morning. It was clean, the food was hot, and she goes out of her way to make each early morning breakfast enjoyable. She just relates to everyone in a remarkable manner.”

“The interior of the property is being remodeled from the upper floors down. The staff was very accommodating as I requested a quieter room and they put me in a remodeled suite on the 4th floor. The entire 4th floor looks totally different from the other floors with new carpet and new painted walls. My suite was breathtaking…..so clean and modern and comfortable bed. I had a little noise at night from the strip mall below but it wasn’t bad. Once the remodel is over this will be a great place……
