“We really enjoyed our stay. The room itself was good in terms of size and amenities but the furnishings were either not to our taste or slightly dated. The bathroom perfectly clean. The balcony wasn't quite as clean which was a pity as it had excellent views of the lake. The breakfasts were really good with an excellent choice and we ate at the hotel restaurant one evening which we really enjoyed. The staff service is ok, however, communication to the staff regarding parking was difficult, hotel told me to drive to a specific street for valet parking, because it is in ZTL, however, when I arrived at the street, there was no one there. I had to call the hotel for someone to walk to my car for valet service, I ended up blocking the one way street for 15mins. This is the only area that i am not satisfied with.”
