“Great house just south of Orlando. Not super close to restaurants in Orlando and have to jump on the highway for most activities but having a nice place to get back and relax at was wonderful. Pool and hot tub are amazing, hot tub actually gets hot! Need to fix the sliding glass door going to the pool though, we used the side door because it was such a pain in the rear. ”

“Had an excellent 2 week stay at the Villa, we absolutely loved it, it's very homely, and was a great base for both the Disney and Universal parks. Phil was a great host checking everything was ok, and helping with any queries. There's a fantastic games room and the pool is lovely and large, the kitchen is fully stocked with all appliances, we wanted for nothing. We wouldnt hesitate to book again. ”

“The house is well equipped with everything needed in a household. Neighborhood is quiet and the drive to major parks is not bad at all. The only point I’d suggest to make clear is that there’s is a fee to turn the pool/spa heating on and seems like the company needs to turn it on around 2 days before using to allow sufficient time for the water to heat up. We didn’t know that until we arrived the property and days were a little chilly for the pool without heating. All else was perfect!”
