“The house is well equipped with everything needed in a household. Neighborhood is quiet and the drive to major parks is not bad at all. The only point I’d suggest to make clear is that there’s is a fee to turn the pool/spa heating on and seems like the company needs to turn it on around 2 days before using to allow sufficient time for the water to heat up. We didn’t know that until we arrived the property and days were a little chilly for the pool without heating. All else was perfect!”

“Amazing Villa, clean, tidy and a fantastic location. We have stayed in this part of Orlando many times but this is by far the best villa we have stayed in. Only had to contact Phil a couple of times but he answered us immediately. I would recommend this villa to anyone staying in this area, Disney and Universal are just a short drive away and loads of bars, restaurants and supermarkets all near by.I couldn't recommend this villa more and will stay here next time we visit for sure.Dave & Lynsey.”

“We stayed over the 4th of July. The property and views were beautiful. There was more then enough room to accommodate our family of 6. Having 3 bathrooms was a huge plus for us. We were able to have a little cookout on the 4th and the house had everything we needed to do so. The pool was very nice and well maintained. Communication with the host was very good as well. Will for sure look into staying here next time I come to Florida. Would recommend this property to anyone with a larger family. ”
