“Kind, courteous staff. Only stayed here one night when arriving in Cartagena before heading to the islands. Wish we had come back here for the second part of our trip in Cartagena. Convenient location to lively nightlife, restaurants, etc yet no right on the corner and rooms are away from the street so they are *quiet* at night. ”

“The staff is incredibly friendly and supportive. The location is nice, you are in 2min in the middle of Getsemaní and in 10min in the city centre. Everything was clean and fully functioning. The breakfast is lovely!”

“I just loved my stay at this small hotel. The location was just perfect on a lively square with live music and lots of tables serving great food and drinks. The whole area was full of little shops and great restaurants and bars and felt very safe at all times. The walk to the walled city was about 10 minutes and very safe. Lots to see in the walled city. The rooftop restaurant was very nice and the breakfast was great with just the nicest staff. At the front desk the staff were very friendly,……

Durante nuestra primera visita a este hotel tuvimos la pieza numero 12 la cual estaba muy espaciosa pero durante la segunda estadia nos dieron la pieza numero 6 la cual estaba mucho mas pequeña pero bastante aceptable. En resumen, es un buen hotel calidad/precio.”

“En general es una exelente opción, absurdamente cerca al centro de convenciones... El personal súper amable pero quiero resaltar la actitud y gestión de IRBANNYS en recepción... Sencillamente magnífica, atenta, diligente y buena onda... Lo único es que el baño de la habitación privada tenía un poco de humedad en una pared y el ducto del aire acondicionado está expuesto cerca de la cama y gotea a veces ... De resto todo genial.”

“Sinceramente si un día vuelvo a la bella Cartagena (espero que sí ) no dudaré en volverme a quedar en este coqueto hotel. Si buscas lujos y esas cosas ¡ mejor no te plantees como opción) pero si lo que buscas es estar situado en el corazón del populoso barrio de Getsemaní y vivir la ciudad hospedándote en un lugar limpio pero con un servico EXTRAORDINARIO .
