“This property is absolutely gorgeous. I was disappointed in the management of the the property. Arriving guests had to wait a long time to check In and to get simple questions answered. They never answered the phones at all. The property is huge so you have to walk a lot but they have shuttles that never seemed to come to our building. They have limited towels and the food was horrible. There were very limited food choices and it was bland to taste. We tried the specialty dinning and the food……

Outdated Facilities: The roof appears to have been neglected for years, and the overall condition of the facilities is poor. 2. Worn-out Bedding: The bed linens were old and tattered, making for an uncomfortable sleep. 3. Unpleasant Odor: The room smelled damp and musty, reminiscent of an old, poorly ventilated house. 4. “Big, clean rooms. Excellent breakfast and dinner menu. Friendly staff. It is a 2 minute walk up beach, this beach is quite rustic and a few more minutes to walk to more sandy beach. My only con was the outdoor grounds could have used a power wash and the pool sitting area was dirty and slimy. ”

“What a beautiful place and the owners and staff is so kind and makes you feel so welcome. The cabins are very nice, food is delicious and the setting is absolutely gorgeous. I wish my time here could have been longer as there is so much more to explore. I hope to bring my kids here soon.”

“Beautiful grounds, Clean,comfortable beds, great food, friendly service. Swimming pool, hot spring pools, and river swimming area were great amenities. We would stay here again and recommend to all. ”

“Food, rooms, and staff were excellent. The Lagoon black sand beach is great because of the shallow and very clear water. The restaurant supervisor, Christian, and our host Gabriela, and, the Italian restaurant head for our family table were superb. The spa experience was much below average. ”
