“Location is very good, just opposite the train station across the Grand Canal Staffs are very nice and helpful. Introduced and recommended the hotel services and tours very detailed. Rooms are facing the Canals with balcony. Very good views but a little bit loud when near morning that the boats and ferries are working. Room is unexpected spacious caused the size of hotel rooms in Venice usually tiny and old Buffet breakfast is good! Experienced the electricity of whole hotel was shutdown,……

“My total experience was really good at this place. The location is perfect, and the building and the room are in great condition. Just few tiny negative points such as very small room, no electric kettle or coffee machine in the room; and there is no reception, so guests have to go to another hotel (just in front) for check-in/out and any other inquiries.”

“A Room next to Kitchen. This hotel provided us a offer of Euro100 per night to upgrade to an "Suite". I appreicate her offer and asked if I could look at the room first before making decision. Instead of let us check the room, the manager response by provide another special offer of Euro 50 per night for upgrade. When we goto the room, we find that it is a lonely room in the ground floor next to the kitchen. We found that there is only 1 room with room no. 150 in the floor. We could see……

“旅館就在火車站旁的巷子裡，步行五分鐘可到達不需過橋。附近有超市、餐廳和商店，生活機能良好。旅館有電梯，但入口處有約十級的台階。房間空間大且乾淨，浴室跟廁所乾濕分離，但我住的房間廁所裡有一股化學物質(可能是油漆或清潔劑)的難聞氣味久久不散，需把廁所門關上才能擋住味道飄散出來。房間附冰箱跟熱水壺，有免費送一瓶水，寢具很舒服。整體來說，這間旅館對在威尼斯短期旅遊的旅人是個方便、理想的選擇。”

You could get a drink and sit out on the veranda and watch the grand canal. Venice was super crowded the weekend we were here, but the hotel was quiet. Would definitely stay here again.
