“Fantastic staff!! Absolutely the best! Super helpful and friendly - and further bolstered by Mr Host, the house cat.!. He’s very handsome and friendly! We arrived late and the receptionist stayed 30 min late to help us find the hotel and also the parking garage. The location is great - everywhere in the city is walkable. The room was quiet, clean and large! We had a fantastic 3-night stay. ”

Les points forts sont l'accueil de Vanessa, ses petites attentions envers ses hôtes, sa sympathie, sa disponibilité et surtout sa gentillesse. Elle est de bons conseils sur les lieux à découvrir ou les restaurants.... J'ai eu la chance d'avoir un petit présent le jour de mon anniversaire. Alors qu'elle n'avait aucune obligation. J'ai été très touchée par ce geste. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux.……

“So happy that I booked this place. It was a bit pricey compared to hotels near the marina area and main shopping/restaurant area but so worth it. The interior is beautiful and so secluded that it gave resort vibes. I had the twin room and it was like a little apartment with a huge bed, windows, clean bathroom and alot of walkable space. The amenities were lovely such as the pool and areas to sit and relax. Dinner at Musa was a great introduction to Azorean cuisine. Breakfast had a wide selection……

“The hotel itself was great - beautiful rooms, the comfiest beds, the pool area was perfect! Carina was fabulous - though we were only there for a night in between islands, she helped make our transition smooth and stress free! The location was awesome and in walking distance to the attractions too. My only regret was that we only had one night here. We will be back!”

“We had a wonderful stay with our our 2-year old! Communication was great throughout and we were even able to check in a little bit early. The location is perfect and it feels very safe. They provided a travel cot, a high chair as well as a baby bath, which was lovely. The rooms are spacious and the kitchenette has everything you need (though I wish the microwave door opened the other way as it's a bit awkward to get into). They have a good amount of crockery and cutlery too. Private parking is……

“This was our second visit to Hotel Gaivota Azores and we would come back again gladly. The staff are very warm and friendly, there is a parking pass available to rent, there is free breakfast, they offer a birthday cake delivered to room to celebrate a bday, and the view is amazing. We love it there! Zero complaints!”
