“Clean and great service ”

“The room was tiny, most of it occupied by a king bed. The ceiling in the washroom was wet and dripping. On the positive side, the room was clean and the breakfast was very good! The hotel is very close to the City Gates square and the harbor. AFAIK, there's no parking available at the hotel. All in all, a good short stay at a reasonable cost in Ponta Delgada's downtown.”

“Packing should be free for guests but otherwise great”

“Los apartamentos están bien ubicados y son amplios. Pasan cada 2 días a cambiar toallas y poner papel higiénico. No limpian ni hacen las camas (tengo la duda de si pagando sí lo hacen). Dispone de parking propio. Si es verdad que le hace falta una renovación en general al mobiliario, porque se ve antiguo. Pero hace su función. Ojo que no hay enchufes en los lavabos. En el resto del apartamento si, pero en los lavabos no.”
