“A beautiful hotel with top notch staff that strive to ensure one wants for nothing - or if you do want, just ask. Restaurants were great. The fantastic free breakfasts really adds to the value. A beautiful lobby and bar (with pooltable!). We didn’t take advantage of the spa but loved spending time in the mineral bath inside their pineapple greenhouse! Great location -close to Ponta Delgado but far enough away, and central to the island. Highly recommend (fyi having been there I would def not……

“Good location on a pedestrian street so it was quiet but did make parking a bit tricky. Nice breakfast, lovely courtyard and room balcony. Very helpful and pleasant staff. ”

“In a great location that was easy to walk to dining and shopping, we chose to park further away in a parking lot but there is underground parking if you are comfortable with the busy city streets. Only thing would make it more comfortable is a fan in the room for air flow. The staff was so friendly, we would return if we get the chance!”
