“The balcony I chose couldn’t see the sunset, and the room was very small, the toilet didn’t even have an exhaust, the air conditioner was very noisy, and there were two doors in the room leading to the next door, although it was sealed, it felt unsafe, and the sound insulation was particularly poor”

“The best thing I loved about the property was the customer service. The nice lady at the check-in desk (I can't remember her name) but she was SUPER helpful and friendly. The amenities were WONDERFUL. The only thing I didn't like were the pillows, but that's my own fault for not bringing my own! I WILL be back. And everyone was friendly, especially to an old man like me. SIX STARS OUT OF FIVE!”

“This hotel is great! friendly and helpful staff, clean and large room (the quality is particularly amazing given the low price), and it is walkable to the Ringling mueseum. The only thing I am not that satisfied is the strong smell of disinfectant in the room. Will definitely consider this place once I visit Sarasota again.”
