“This hotel is great! friendly and helpful staff, clean and large room (the quality is particularly amazing given the low price), and it is walkable to the Ringling mueseum. The only thing I am not that satisfied is the strong smell of disinfectant in the room. Will definitely consider this place once I visit Sarasota again.”

“Property was exactly as described. Owner was great communicator, check in was a breeze. I worked online and WiFi was great. The walk to the beach was just across the road — pristine beach and super clean without crowds. The only suggestion would be new pillows! ”

“This place was perfectly located by the grocery store, pharmacy, liquor store and beach.Very affordable. Owner reached out a couple of times to check in. Appliances work. Knives aren't the best but we made them work.There is no family room if you use the downstairs space for sleeping space. The place has beach supplies: chairs, tents, kids toys. We left a nice soft cooler we bought from Publix. It holds a decent amount of things with ice.Overall it was a good experience. ”

It was incredibly well-stocked with thoughtful touches throughout—fans in every room, sound machines, high-quality kitchen items (including spices we really appreciated), matching silverware, ice trays and packs, laundry detergent (possibly left by a previous guest but still appreciated), and absolutely everything you could need for the beach.
