“We liked the elevated deck with comfortable chairs. It was nice sitting up there in the evening. The pool looked unkept so we didn't go in. The bed in our studio was not comfortable, it would be better to just put in a queen bed. The grounds keepers were friendly and polite. When we arrived in our room, the handle on the refrigerator was so loose, it was ready to fall off. We had to borrow a screwdriver from the office to fix it. That is something the cleaning person should have taken care of.……

“This was the perfect place for me, my husband and our tween to spend our first ever tropical Christmas! We were in town to visit family and having a cozy bungalow (instead of a hotel) with a mini slice of garden paradise out back made the trip 10x more fun and relaxing. A quiet, safe residential location but still very close to Sarasota's best attractions and beautiful spots. The Waterfront parks and bike path are only a few blocks away. The house is clean, with all the comforts of home and……

“We had this beautiful house for two weeks! We gave rented in FL for 8 years now and this was not only beautiful but checked all our boxes. The pool and hot tub were our favorite hangout . Loved the nearby beach but the water was a bit cold during our stay. The kitchen was well equipped and everything worked without any problems!”

“We got to see a lot of different wildlife. TV in kids room and living room didn't work even after maintenance "fixed" them. The information on their site claims that they supplied the shampoo, conditioner and beach towels. There was none. There was only half a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. No paper towels or dish soap. Just 1 little package of powdered dishwasher soap. 1 small packet of laundry soap that didn't clean the clothes. I ended up going to family dollar for laundry/dish soap……
