“This house was perfect for my family. Its location was very convenient to both Helen and Anna Ruby Falls/Unicoi State Park and easily accessible. The view and accommodations are exactly as advertised. My kids (2 and 5) loved all the activities/games available at the house (the hot tub, ax throwing target, ring toss, bean bag toss, air hockey table, pool table, video games), and the room with bunk beds was perfect for them. For safety reasons, I liked that the the large porch had a gate……

“As soon as we arrived, the kids couldn’t wait to hop out and start playing in the yard. The view of the mountains is absolutely BREATHTAKING! Check-in was effortless; A code is provided before arrival. Our group consisted of 9 people, including a five-year-old and 2 furry friends. The accommodations were more than sufficient, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. You couldn't ask for a better location! Helen is just up the road, and there's a local pizza place available on DoorDash if you……
