“Tim met us all ready with instructions. Had float/tube we asked about. Gpa/ma 5 boys and families, some bedrooms together worked as family suites. Great for kids. Loved the lighning bugs and fire pit shaded area”

“Quiet, well stocked with basics for cooking, relaxation. We had some trouble getting streaming to stay engaged to internet, but only meant that we watched less TV, which worked for us. We would rent with you and this place specifically again.”

“We absolutely loved staying at Sawyer Cottage! The house was clean and was exactly as pictured. Beds were comfortable, and the backyard was amazing. We walked around the neighborhood which is a beautiful, quiet, and remote slice of the world and also did a day trip to more exciting on-water activities. Even so, our kids wanted to move in to Sawyer Cottage and said that roasting marshmallows and swimming in the pool were the best part. Host was kind and very responsive. Would definitely go again!”

“This was a girls weekend trip we planned to be out and about most of the time. There were 4 adult women. We ended up spending more time in than out. The "condo" was immaculate, welcoming and so spacious. We did not want to cook or clean but Joe and Kate go the extra mile for guests to feel welcome.
