“To be honest, the description "motel" had filled me with some trepidation. It was unnecessary. The rooms were modern, clean and comfortable. The owners were very helpful responding to queries I had pre-visit about accessibility and food options for a coeliac. I would recommend this place.”

“Strict adherence to 4 pm check is a bit of a problem. Hotel and bar locked up tight. Was cycling and arrived at 3:30 and would have been nice to store away my bicycle and get out of the rain. Finally called the hotel at 4:45 and they let me in. ”

“Impressive ! Phone line reachable & able to help bçs my flight delay 9hrs. Driving 270Km, I was 5min late, staff no complaint even they said wait me till 11:00pm ! Spaces room. Grand hotel inside both paintings, furniture with good match. Like stay at a small castle. Traditional Scottish restaurant, cosy, good food. Friendly greeting staffs. Big laund in front ... so good!”

“For the price this hotel was perfect. The room we were in had history too, the McCartney Room. The breakfast was self serve of good quality, the hotel is a little dated, but it’s been around a while.”

“Good environment! Can see Inverness castle and the river right in front of us! The room is nice and well equipped! The breakfast was running out at 8:30am so we couldn’t get much. Not worth to buy breakfast if you get up after 8am. ”
