“The environment was very welcoming and everyday i saw how hard everyone on the staff worked in unison to provide me comfort and convenience. Elisha and Zebron i dealt with daily and they made sure everything was in order and that i enjoyed myself. “Perhaps there are better rooms, but our room ( nadia) is very noisy throughout our stay. Not just u could hear people shouting and chirldren playing and car horns, but the worst is that there are some sort of aircon machines right outside yr window so u can also hear the engine sound. There are too many more quiet but equally convenient boutique hotels in Stonetown but since we had already paid so we could not change hotel. DONT TRUST THE COMMENTS ANY MORE FROM HOTELS.COM! (P.S. “Stayed there in 1994, so almost exactly 30 years ago. Same charm, but a little more run down. Our sense was that it showed the consequence of not having a strong manager on site. “Had a room at the very top of the building but good exercise with concrete steps. Room very pleasant. Good AC and kettle/coffee/tea in room. Breakfast included in room price very good. Prices for other meals expensive but lots of options within walking distance. Boutique attached to hotel. Overall convenient, clean and comfortable with pleasant and accommodating staff for a short stay in Stone Town. ”
