“Very clean, with spacious, comfortable rooms. Near the waterfront, major bus lines, and dining options. We had a large group (12) who all stayed here for 3 nights, and we had an excellent stay.”
“Staff was absolutely amazing. The look is more on the modern side but very comfortable. I would recommend this hotel without a second thought! Staff were always available with recommendations. ”
“Blackheath Logde was excellent, staff very friendly and helpful . In a very safe convenient area withots of restaurants nearby. Now from from V & A. Very good breakfast.
We would definitely recommend it.”
“Only stayed here for one night but it was lovely.
Upon arrival we were welcomed with a drink and good conversation and then shown to our room. The house is beautiful and the on street parking was safe. We walked down the road for dinner and felt safe during the day doing so.
Would recommend and stay here again.
We did not eat there but the table set ups were beautiful for breakfast. ”
“Great little boutique hotel! Clean, modern, lots of great little extras! Lovely and helpful staff.! Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again !! ”
“This is an amazing place. Truly beautiful, comfortable, and in a fantastic location. The staff are very friendly, the breakfast was quite good, and the top floor rooms are amazing. ”
“This is a nice hotel in a wonderful location of Cape Town that provides good accommodations without needing to be in a big, stuffy hotel. The breakfasts are really good. ”
“The Tree House Boutique Hotel is one of the best hotel I have ever stayed. It is located in the end of a alley which makes it a more private and quiet place, as well as a sense of coziness. Furnished in a modern yet earthy style, the hotel offers a vibe of nature with much natural light.
There were ceiling-high glass doors leading to the balcony in my room, where you could enjoy some leisure time right next to the tree canopy. The bed was very large in size and comfortable.
Breakfast was……
"AVOID AT ALL COST; The room is generally clean and spacious and well equipped, however the lack of table is rather inconvenient, and it is very noisy with street traffic and pedestrians even on weekday nights, and seagulls are super noisy during dawn. Also weird that the upper part of the toilet window cannot be closed.
I was "fortunate" enough to be in town and staying at this hotel while load shedding (i.e. adhoc power outage) happened and the staff didn't bother to inform this to myself obviously as a first-time foreign visitor. The power cut off during midnight on the first night. At first I thought unlike all other hotels, this hotel isn't equipped with backup generator. To my revelation later, they do have backup generator but only used during daytime outage to protect the bistros downstairs. During night time they just don't use it and don't care the overnight stayers at all. Never stay here, my real words."
