“Overall a decent hotel. Cooked breakfasts were particularly nice. Delicious smoked kippers with hard boiled eggs and toast soldiers. Excellent coffee from the coffee machine. Would have liked larger portions of fruit salad and plain yogurt to be offered in breakfast buffet (was provided on request). Bed comfortable. Kettle and fridge very welcome. “There is a shuttle bus running from early morning to late night from the airport to the hotel. Make sure you take this, I believe it was either 5 or 10 pounds, much cheaper than the 30-pound taxi/Uber we paid without knowing about the shuttle. “The soundproofing is poor, and I can hear the snoring from the neighboring room at night. I requested two bottled waters, but they did not provide them. The drainage in the bathroom is poor - after about 10 minutes of showering, the water starts draining out, as the shower area has a shallow floor and does not have enough time to properly drain. However, the hotel is indeed very close to the airport.”

“Great hotel, perfect for quick access into Gatwick, especially North terminal. Hotel clean and very nice. Staff very welcoming. The room was great but the lighting was very dull, making makeup and anything you need to organise in the cases tricky.
