“We had a short trip (2 nights) and wish it was longer. The house (2 bed 1 bath) was stunning and clean. The whole property was breathtaking. The host/tour guide (Alex) was the most hospitable and kind guide. He works at the property to welcome guests and facilitate adventures. He took us and another couple to the Cloud Forest, we went to lunch at a local spot and he showed us a lot of history. He was such a pleasure!”

The front desk person was very sweet and helpful in guiding us - from parking in the property to where to eat and how to navigate the park. Staying here was a surreal experience, like you’re in the jungle/rainforest itself. We initially booked a normal room but asked whether we would have a kitchenette and the staff was very nice to upgrade us to the one bedroom apartment. The room was great - clean, comfortable bed, spacious, great view. Breakfast was delicious. We needed to plan our next move after checkout, and Randall made us drinks while we sat in the restaurant/lobby and planned - and saw a few cool birds right out the window.
