“Our tree house room was fantastic! The balcony and room surrounded by windows gives full view of the outdoors. I really loved the room and Tracy our host was extremely nice and helpful!”

“We loved our stay at Calathea Lodge. They helped us book awesome tours with excellent guides at prices that saved us a bit of money and a lot of time! We also really liked the location. The lodge had a deck with a great overlook and was walking distance to downtown. We took that walk and really enjoyed a great afternoon right after arriving. “Was the most excellent stay! Absolutely loved it!”

“The location was very nice, our cabin was right at the woods and we saw an armadillo from our balcony at night. The cabin is well equipped and charming. The only thing I would add is an explanation of how to use the air conditioner or hot air, I’m not sure. Also as the clima is very humid, maybe offering an option to use a dryer for clothes. ”

“酒店位于山上，条件还行服务合格但说不上非常好。也许是因为我们刚从La Fortuna最好的酒店过来，也许是因为前面关于这个酒店的评语都太好了把我的期望抬高了，毕竟这个酒店价格不是很高，只有La Fortuna的酒店一半价格，甚至连一半也不到。这样看就还是可以的，但是我还是坚持给四个星，因为我最不满意的是房间没有遮光窗帘，我天天五点多就被亮光叫醒，另外我不喜欢高枕头，所以觉得枕头太高，最后一天我只能枕浴巾。”

There is a glorious view all the way till the ocean with breathtaking sunset, animals all over the place ( capuchin monkeys, coatis, peccary, humming birds...) nice breakfast, yummy home made jam! Very charming and spacious cabin/lodge. I would happily go back anytime! ”
