“Due to a flight and a long drive from ORD, I arrived at the Carmel ESA around 3:40 AM. There was a phone at the door, so I picked it up and dialed 1 for check-in service. It was a pleasant experience—the ESA service lady came out and opened the door to assist with my check-in. Thank you, ESA!”

“This property was perfect - minus not having a Hot Tub. The Monon trail behind the property was perfect for a walk with the pup. Staff were very courteous. The egg omelettes may have been suspect - but they always are, and you always eat them anyways. Good stay. Recommended.”
