“The service at this hotel was top notch. I felt like royalty. The room was clean, bar well stocked and restaurant had excellent food. My stay was only for one night so I wasn’t able to enjoy the spa but I will return.”

“Staff are friendly and the two male staff are extremely helpful. They were informative and told us where to visit and suggested us some good resturants. There was some problem with my coffee machine in my room and the staff was proactive to solve the problem .”

"The water button in the shower room had poor contact; in addition, during the stay, the service staff used the master key to enter the room without knocking, which frightened the roommates. I hope the hotel will review the equipment and educate the service staff to pay attention. Other service quality is very good and feedback is quick."
