“I was disappointed the Sun Room was closed, but given the circumstances it was understandable. Breakfast was overpriced for the quality. I got a giant burrito but it was cold inside. Avoid. Bar and food service on the beach bumped up my review by a star. Well done!”

“Beach is not good at fortmyers ! It is not clear or good quality like other beaches around the world , but the Hotel deserve all the 5 starts like always when I have been to margaritaville ! Very nice service , activities , dj at the pool with games and entertainment for kids and adults , good drinks and food , nice food at aceptable prices . Rooms super clean and comfortable with ocean view ! ”

“The hotel is good. We stayed in a junior suite that was big. The bed is way too soft and the walls are the same as nothing. You can hear absolutely everything from the room next to you and everything from outside. It has breakfast which is very convenient and it was good. The staff is great! Nice people with great attitude! They also provide beach chairs and umbrella, which is a very nice plus! I would go back despite the noisy rooms. ”

“The staff are extremely helpful and polite! The rooms with the views are excellent. Unfortunately the bed was very uncomfortable in the room that we were in, which was opposite of last year. I still highly recommend reserving your spot here.”

“The Perry Hotel was a wonderful hotel! You could tell that it’s new and all their amenities look clean and beautifully kept. The family pool and the upstairs bar were our favorite spaces to be. We are definitely planning to go back as we didn’t get to go on the boat to the beach but heard it was a must!”

“Loved the Tiki bar (which is open until 2am) and pool. Unfortunately the main pool was closed due to waiting for permits. Room was great with a nice balcony area. Parking is tight especially on the weekend. Close to beach, restaurants & bars. Would definitely stay here again. ”
