“Disclaimer: we are picky and have high expectations. Chose to relocate to this hotel from another in CLT where we were placed by AA after our flight was cancelled. Everyone in our group was relieved when we entered the Hyatt. It was so clean, in a safe area, and staffed by friendly and helpful personnel. Lots of local eating options within walking distance. Rooms incredibly clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.”

“When I first arrived the outside is as described. I loved the nice siting area outside. When it wasn't raining, people were enjoying it. Thankful for the elevator! When I got to my room, I was impressed with the nice appliances. There was a circular burn mark on the kitchen floor. There was adequate enough silverware and the such to cook and eat with. The bedroom is small, but was what i needed for my stay. There two tv's one in the bedroom and the other in the living room. Had a nice table……
