“The staff was helpful. The downside is that the bathroom was too small. We had to squeeze between toilet and shower door to shut the bathroom door. ”

“This was a staycation for my wife’s 50th birthday. The resort is beautiful and well appointed. Highlights were dinner at Sweetfire Friday, relaxing by the pool with cocktails, an amazing dining experience at Signature and Old Fashions at Sire Bar”

“The room I stayed in had a terrible moldy smell, like a shower room, and it felt damp and cold.”

“There was hair stuck in the bath wall and the bathtub drain was clogged with a ball of hairs which was a horrible sight to see and clean ourselves. There were towels with love stains, I never use hotel towels for that reason but I never imagined I would experience this one day. When I moved the towels out of the way I noticed some were dirty and one of them literally had love stains on it, so gross. They need to really check that once in a while.”

“Our 2 night stay was okay. Met our needs; bed was comfy, room was good size, location was where we wanted. I'm a germ freak so for me the cleaning could have been way better. Curtains also were torn and some of the towels were stained. During our stay we saw someone's truck windows smashed. Although they had security out all night after this happened.. it did deter us from going out and loosing our parking spot by the entrance. Overall good for a night or 2 but anything longer and I would go……
