“Stay was great! ”

“The hotel overall was great. The room was not a clean as I expected it to be. I always sanitize all surfaces and there was so much dust on a lot of surfaces. Also…I had requested a 1pm check out. The maid knocked on my door and was very rude when I told her Im staying til 1 and that the front desk extended the time on my room key. If someone tells you they have extended check out, you say ok Thank You and then SHE should have confirmed it with the front desk. ”
