“This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed so far by hotel.com bookings! No customer service at all!!! We all had to wait so long for someone to come out of the front office for checking in! And they were not in mood of helping their customers, everything were turned down and ‘NO’! One of the guests had no choice but changed to Double-tree immediately after checked in! The frost desk simply doesn’t answer any calls fm rooms, they just said ‘will call u back’ and hanged up, but never called back.……

“The reception staff are very friendly and welcoming. I had a pleasant conversation with them during check-in and check-out. The room was tidy and well-maintained. When I requested additional coffee packs from housekeeping, they generously provided me with more than I expected. The room is well-equipped with plenty of electrical sockets, which is very convenient. However, the Wi-Fi signal was quite weak and could be improved.”

“這裡佢離 Sheffield city center 大約 15mins 車程. 因為自架逰. 這所酒店有免費泊車， 房間寛敞. 不過酒店附近沒有其它商店 或便利店. 有須要請先準備好才回酒店啊！”

“酒店清潔衛生 地點方便 附近有超級市場及酒店有餐廳酒吧 可惜用手機apps訂房被不清晰指引誤導包含早餐，最後到附近麥當勞解決”
