“This is a hotel not a resort, but it is a fantastic hotel ! It is exceptionally clean, has designated parking on site, and is close to beach (just across street. ) The picture of the beach with this add is of the public access across the street from a fantastic Beach Bar called the Buccaneer Beach Bar. This hotel is not on the beach but just across the street from the beach. We had a partial beach view room with a balcony. This room was basic but had everything we needed (fridge, microwave,……

“With the assistance of desk staff , Tacoma, a personal property loss at the airport was resolved with his efficiency, knowledge, and kindness. kudos to him! Property appears to be in need of renovation and updated maintenance. Stairs difficult without a working elevator. No ability to lock the sliding doors to ground level balcony. AC less than adequate - never got room temperature below 80*”

“My husband and I and our 2 babies loved our time here. The view from our room was incredible. The food and beverages with the all inclusive were worth it. Most of the staff were extremely kind and helpful to us. We were able to use one of the resorts cribs for our littlest. The beach and the water here are phenomenal and I liked that they had more than enough beach chairs and umbrellas for resort guests so you’re not having to wake up early to go find a spot before they’re full.
