“This hotel was perfect for our needs! We needed a room for 3 people and the king bed and twin were perfect and they provided a cute pack and play for the baby as well! The room and bathroom were very clean and spotless and given it’s a newer hotel, all the furniture, plugs and location of conveniences were properly designed. The shower had nice hot water and great water pressure! The staff was very welcoming and extremely nice. The included breakfast had good options for our party of 6 to have……

“The property manager, Lady, was so helpful. She helped arrange tours for us and gave us information about what to do. Finding the place was a little difficult, as Waze didnt map it out correctly (initially I used Mountain Faro Hotel as it was named in expedia) so i had to stop and google address and remap with a different name. I used Mountain Faro B&B and waze mapped icorrectly then. Also office was closed when we arrived at 7pm. I had to find contact info on expedia to reach owner. She……

“We spent two nights in Ficus. Notable- The young lady working the front desk with long, dark hair and the wait staff in the restaurant at night. Both were super friendly and went out of their way to be fun and welcoming! Room- very clean and all the things worked well! Breakfast buffet- Excellent! Other food was good...except the pizza. A bit undercooked. Stick with local cuisine. The area is very hilly- expect to walk up hills. Shopping is a bit a way from everything. Tours- a very limited……
