“Room was clean. Nice view.”

“Beautiful cottage with all you could need and more! Truly a home away from home in many ways. From the very comfortable bed to the fresh eggs, coffee, and snacks, the owners do an unbelievable job at making you feel welcome, comfortable and cared for during your stay.”

“It’s an older motel, slightly rundown, slightly shabby. The beds were comfortable. The room was clean. The neighborhood was safe and the location was very convenient to a nearby expressway. It was easy to get into Providence RI. There’s a nearby family restaurant with decent food and friendly service. We knew going in that it would not be fancy. We got what we paid for. ”

“Nice view of the river. I arrived at night and was a little disappointed I could not really see the river however the river is just not lit up very well in this area. In the morning it was beautiful view of the river. We enjoyed a cup of coffee on the balcony looking over the courtyard at the river. Would stay again if ever in the area again.”

“We were a bit underwhelmed by the property. It was a bit more run down then we expected. Not sure what the issue was but there was police presence when we got there, which was concerning. And not that it was the property’s fault but some of the guests were a bit noisy late at night. It was fine for one night and served it’s purpose, we were only there to sleep.”

“Jacuzzi didn't not work very cold water and was not clean ”

“This property was extremely disappointing. I know they are working on updating free property but the rugs were stained. The towels were STAINED. I expect nice clean non stained towels. I asked for a no smoking room a d I believe it was an old smoking room by the door where people smoke.”
