“这是我住过这么多酒店里最好的精品酒店，没有之一，老板和员工都当我们是家人，真的很暖心很贴心。 本来定了三个人的房间，网上付完钱，然后入住前一天我朋友说不来了，我又想多住一天，老板和他母亲二话不说，把我多付的第三个人钱放到多一天的房费里，让我省了不少 我本来已经退完房了，回去拿行李等车时给我们喝下午茶，搬行李上车，很窝心告诉我们怎么走怎么去。 真的是用心在经营。 下次来南非开普敦，只会住着一家。唯一缺点是地点比较不好找，有uber就很方便了。”

“I loved everything about Four Rosemead. The best thing about it were the people who looked after me and were beyond helpful before I arrived arranging my airport pick up, waiting for me when my baggage got lost and taking me back to the airport to collect it. “Mind-blowing“. “Perfect is an understatement”! Very quaint and modern at the same time. Smack in the center of the city. This hotel greatly exceeded my expectations. The staff (Martin, Rachel , Bridgette , Claudine) at the front desk were exceptionally friendly, EVERY single worker was polite and offered a warm smile. I appreciated the complimentary perks like water bottles, soft lighting, free sodas/ wine in the room, beautiful throws, candles, plants, fluffy pillows and a view of Lionshead……

“It is a nice place to stay at, very convenient as it has a small kitchen with everything and also a washer/dryer, which makes you feel at home! Well located and very easy to move around on Uber, 15 minutes away from Victoria and Alfred Wharf where you may find everything you need. All the Staff at ApartHotel is very kind and friendly!! ”

“We stayed in the hotel twice, with a brief trip to Safari in between (the hotel was happy to hold one bad in between which was much appreciated). It's a very well located hotel, so close to some fantastic bars, coffee shops and restaurants (Rosetta Roastery, Nikkei & Clarkes particular local highlights for us). The rooftop bar and pool is a lovely spot to watch the sun go down. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and we would happily return.”
