“This is not a traditional hotel with a lobby or services. The check-in counter is open to the street and next to a cafe. The room is nice though, with enough space for two and a small sink area. It is close to some tourist spots. There were, however, people panhandling around the area that made us feel not that safe staying out too late.”

“Hotel itself, due to superb staff and exquisite cuisine, as well as excellent outfitting, super. Only downside: noise insulation of rooms is poor, 5th floor rooms need seever upgrade on noise insulation towards rooftop restaurant and bar. Otherwise noise kills until 1am and atarts with breakfast prep from 530am. ”

“We stayed in the hotel twice, with a brief trip to Safari in between (the hotel was happy to hold one bad in between which was much appreciated). It's a very well located hotel, so close to some fantastic bars, coffee shops and restaurants (Rosetta Roastery, Nikkei & Clarkes particular local highlights for us). The rooftop bar and pool is a lovely spot to watch the sun go down. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and we would happily return.”
