“Hotel was very nice, clean and well kept. Only issue is the unfortunate, significant homeless population around the hotel. Very sad.”

“Moved a chair and found piece of popcorn and under bureau was a muffin crumb. Bathtub shower head needed a cleaning. Beds and pillows were great. Jessica at front desk was amazing. Room was comfortable.”

“The staff at the Portland Airport location is amazing. I’ve been coming here for years. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating. I had a friend fly into town to meet me, and the hotel allowed a late checkout until her flight arrived. Cocktail hour is definitely a reason to stay. Waypoint restaurant is great. Even with renovations to the dining room and bar just starting, they were still very accommodating with breakfast and such. I honestly cannot say enough good things about the employees……

“The front desk gave us a room that was occupied by others. They didn't know it so they broke into that room. When they changed a room for us, it was not the room type i reserved before. i booked a king size bed and they gave us double bed room. There're stains on the floor. The bed was very uncomfortable neither of us slept well.”
