“So pleased with our three night break away with our dog. Very welcoming and everyone was very friendly and excellent service provided. We had a dog friendly room which was on the ground floor and gave us easy access to the large beautiful garden. Fan provided to help with heat. “Amazing stay at East Beach Guest House. Mark and Rich were excellent hosts with a wealth of knowledge on the local area, beaches, pubs and places to eat. Room was immaculately clean with tea and coffee facilities as well as a TV. Breakfast was much needed and also excellent, fresh fruit and bakery item as well as cereal and granola with honey and yogurt. Could not recommend this guest house enough and will definitely be back!”

“Small hotel in a residential area close to the beach. Very modern, clean and spacious bar and outside seating area. The room was small but not cramped and was furnished in keeping with the hotels decor. There was a birthday party taking place in the evening but the staff were quietly efficient and spent an appropriate time to check us in. If there is a downside it has to be the car park. “The hotel looks very new. Not sure if it’s a new built/ newly refurbished. It’s very modern and the staff there (Brighton) was wonderful and very welcoming during check in & out, luggage storage etc. Such a convenient location as it’s more or less 5 mins walk from the train station. About 15mins walk down to the seaside which is close enough. The room is clean and all essentials kitchenware included if you want to cook during your stay. We didn’t cook as there’s too much great food temptation……
