“This was a really nice room with everything I needed, although a desk or table to be able to sit at properly would have been ideal. Bed was comfy, shower was lovely and hot. My only problem was that my room was located to the front door so was woken up at all hours by latecomers slamming the door, leading to what sounded like a party in the room above me at 2-3 in the morning. I can only presume that if there had been a member of staff on site this would have not been allowed to have happened……

“Stayed for 2 nights when at a conference at the Brighton centre. I think this is the best area to stay in Brighton and it was very easy to find/access the property from the instructions. A couple of things could take it from being a decent stay to somewhere really nice, which wouldn’t cost much. The flat was clean however the bed uncomfortable. Generally a cold place but quickly heats with the radiator on. If you’re a light sleeper you will probably want ear plugs and maybe even an eye mask as……

“The hotel looks very new. Not sure if it’s a new built/ newly refurbished. It’s very modern and the staff there (Brighton) was wonderful and very welcoming during check in & out, luggage storage etc. Such a convenient location as it’s more or less 5 mins walk from the train station. About 15mins walk down to the seaside which is close enough. The room is clean and all essentials kitchenware included if you want to cook during your stay. We didn’t cook as there’s too much great food temptation……

“Pros - place was really near the front, and the pier. Room was a decent size and clean. There was a dyson fan to help with the heat. Eye masks and ear plugs were provided FOC (nice touch), komedia 15 min walk away. Couple of observations - there are a lot of stairs. My partners knee is not ao great and proved to be a little struggle. Fan was not enough at night when njghr temp was around 20C. I had some struggles in that code to get in did not arrive but i spoke to them on day and got it……
