Every staff was professional and friendly (even their uniform was tastefully designed). The lobby and lounge were beautiful, giving us a really good impression of the hotel. However, while we were aware of the history of the hotel, the bathroom was a bit tricky to use. It was obviously dated and needed some refurbishment work. The water pressure……

“Great location, a 5 minute walk from the pier and beach front and a 10 minute walk from the lanes and town centre. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. James looked after my wife and I superbly he was more than kind and helpful. The breakfast was fantastic with a great menu, the dining room is very modern and set up well on the ground floor. When you check in you are not stood at a reception, you are greeted with a warm welcome and invited into a comfortable sitting room and offered……
