“The staff was very friendly and close to the beach. We truly enjoyed our stay at Lake Tahoe. We did have to ask for fresh towels. Nice family friendly lodge.”

“The hotel was not what I expected. The building and rooms felt outdated, and the overall cleanliness left much to be desired. The atmosphere was a bit uncomfortable, and I didn’t feel very relaxed during my stay. Unfortunately, it wasn’t a satisfying experience.”

“We loved our stay at Big Pines Mountain House. Our Check in was easy and room we got was impeccably clean and comfortable. Front desk staff was friendly throughout our stay. Room had a microwave, coffee maker and other handy amenities needed for our stay. Location was great you can walk everywhere.”
