“這家飯店的隔音真的非常差，只要你在房間時就一定可以聽到兩邊房間的說話聲，樓上的腳步聲，門外製冰機的引擎聲，基本上是幾乎沒有隔音，住了3晚根本無法好好的睡。 唯一覺得不錯的就是浴室地板有地暖。因為是第一次去所以也不知道要住哪裡，這裡房價一天$700，去逛了一下發現其實很多都比這裡有好的飯店而且還更便宜”

“The hotel isn’t the most modern but it is highly utilitarian. The kitchen was well stocked. The breakfast was as good a “free” hotel breakfast as you could get. The staff was wonderful and immediately attentive to small things during our five night stay. Finally, the location is outstanding. Easy walk, maybe 1/4 mile, with full ski equipment to the Heavenly gondola. We would stay here again. ”

“Fairly average hotel but clean, great location, and the cheapest option we could find! Parking can be a little tricky on busy weekends, but the front desk was great and offered to come out and help us find a spot if we couldn’t find one on our own. This is a perfect option if you’re planning to be out and about most of the time and just need a comfortable home base to sleep! ”

“The hotel has a very convenient location, few minutes walk to casinos and Heavenly village. Room we got was clean and cozy. Staff was very nice and informative , with many local recommendations, which really helped. I do appreciate the extra effort staff was making to make us more comfortable throughout the stay.”

“The staff was wonderful. Love the family cabin. Someone trying to get in at night… I’m assuming was a bear… was a little alarming . Other than that I had a relaxing , quiet, peaceful stay at Emerald Bay Lodge!!! Will definitely stay again. Thank you for making my vacation great!”
