“Check in process was super easy and the place was very cozy and clean! The host provided plenty of amenities and items for guests to use as needed and had clearly labeled everything with easy to follow instructions. They were also very easy and quick to communicate with! My only complaint is the kitchen felt very basic and could use a little upgrade in terms of what is provided for use”

“The unit was exceptionally clean. I enjoyed all the amenamenities in the unit. The location is ideal, short walks and drives to everything. Very easy check-in. The only con to this unit is low ceilings, and you can hear the walking and running of the neighbors which was disturbing. Other than that I would definitely visit this property again .”

“We had a great time here in Meyer’s. The house is in a nice quiet neighborhood. Restaurants, skiing and other entertainment is close by. It was easy to check in and check out. ”

“We had a fabulous family reunion in this house which had the perfect number of bedrooms and allowed our family pet. Every family member or couple got their own bedroom because there are 11 bedrooms! Very special property to have this capacity. Beautiful views of the Carson City valley area from the common area and many bedrooms. The common area on the top floor was a great gathering place. The kitchen was good but we were surprised by some missing items. Luckily the maintenance staff is……

“There was one hiccup dishwasher did not work, but management was very accommodating gave us a bit of a refund for that. It was super convenient to the beach pool grocery stores within walking distance. Rebooked again for next year it’s not fancy but I don’t want fancy I took my daughter and three grandchildren and they had a ball.”

“We stayed over Christmas 2024 and this was the perfect vacation spot. The view is post card quality, better than the pictures show. Parking was not a issue, but the lot did fill up by night. The interior was updated and comfortable. The fireplace did not work, but it was noted in the original listing. There was an electric fireplace under the TV, which gave a wintertime cozy feel. The chairlift was a close drive away, not quite a comfortable walkable distance in ski boots. Check in / out……
