“It was a great weekend in a magical place. Our favorite part was high tides - you can actually swim there - the water is warm unlike the ocean water. Highly recommend! The house has everything that you may need and our dog had everything provided as well!”

“We arrived at our destination at Heart of Cape Cod to a log cabin, different in appearance from other properties in the area. What we found was an amazing home in a beautiful, private location on Lieutenant Island. As described, there has been nothing spared in providing every comfort and luxury in this home. The couches and beds were all so comfortable, the kitchen, with high end appliances and fixtures, had everything one would need. The house was fun to explore with with its amazing beamed……

“The condo was clean and well equipted. There queen bed, 2 twins in loft and a futon and a sleeper chair.. Though small you could do lpts of butts in beds.We only had 2 of us but I though a family could fot. Steps from its beatiful quiet private beach. We enjoyed bird watching and saw a herd of seal return each day. The stars were bright at night as was the cool lighthouse light. Being next to a wildlife refuge was cool. At night we heard owls, coyote, foxes and the bark of seals. The convenient……

“This house is so charming, and close to many fun things in Chatham! We were there over the 4th of July and got to see the parade go right by! We walked to get coffee and pastries daily, and the walk into town to go shopping was only minutes away!It didn’t bother us at all, but it is right next to a cemetery. ”

“This was my 1st visit to Cape Cod and loved the quaint town of Chatham. Loved the house and it's quaint furnishings and the beautiful and colorful hydrangeas in the front yard. Also loved the neighborhood and enjoyed taking my morning and evening walks. I would have preferred if the home was walking distance to Main St. in town, but I had a car and it was only a short drive. I will definitely recommend Lucky Number Seven to all my friends who ever plan a trip to Cape Cod and the town of Chatham”
