“Wide room, but the sheets are not so clean. House keeping staffs are the best, but the check-in counter staffs are not so friendly.”

“The staff are friendly and nice, with water dispenser on each floor for easy water refilling. There is also a good pub right next door for quality dining. On the downside, the room and the equipment is a bit worn down (e.g. loose socket, aged building materials) and the room doesn't come with all the sanity packs one usually expected (although they are available upon request). It is also pretty noisy throughout day and night, with party sounds coming from nearby pubs and emergency vehicles'……

“The hotel is located in the town of Banff, which is very convenient. The rooms are very cozy and the scenery is very beautiful. There is a hot spring opposite the hotel, and there is a heated swimming pool that children like. The children are reluctant to leave and will come back for vacation in the summer vacation.”

“I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It is clean and set in a quiet location, which made it very relaxing, yet it’s only a 10–15 minute walk to downtown—perfect for exploring the area. The room was spacious, and I especially loved the large, well-designed bathroom, which made the stay even more comfortable. “Staffs are friendly and helpful except one female restaurant staff on duty dated yesterday who was a bit unfriendly after front desk staff guided me to get a glass of warm water at the restaurant. She did not have to act so unfriendly. To be honest, l was a bit “ pissed off “ as there was not hot water boiler inside the guest room ! Others all good. We and another couples will check in again at this hotel between Oct 10 - Oct 12, 2023 and reassess again whether it is commendable to stay at this……
