“We recently stayed at this wonderful hotel near the Calgary airport, and we couldn't be happier with our experience! The complimentary shuttle service made it incredibly convenient to get from the airport, which was a huge plus. The breakfast offered a great variety of delicious options, providing the perfect start to our day. Although we didn't have dinner at the hotel since we were busy enjoying the festival, we heard great things about their evening menu from other guests. The staff was……

“I liked the friendliness of the staff and enjoyed the charming English vibe. We had tea after checking in. Nice!”

“The staff at the front desk have no patience with guests, the shuttle driver was very rude with guests' suitcases and damaged my suitcase trolley without even an apology. The bedding was not changed every guest and the towels were disgusting! The smell of male bodily fluids clung to the towels and you could smell it when you entered the bathroom, and there was actually a blood stain on one of the towels that hadn't washed off. It was disgusting! Don't waste your money challenging your bottom……
