“I had such an fantastic experience from the easiest check-in/checkout I have ever dealt with, the ladies behind the desk were the nicest and so friendly, I was there to celebrate an anniversary (2 nights) so I appreciated the greeting and the later check-out it definitely made the stay feel even more special, so thank you again ladies. The room was very welcoming and comfortable (spa suite) the only negative thing I do have to say is the room needs google Chromecast or smart TVs other than that……

“My daughter and I felt welcome from the first time we walked in the lobby. Giving us rewards and free dinner vouchers. Usually this treatment happens if you are upset but we were happy from start to finish. The wave pool was a big plus! The lifeguard even turned on the slides for us when we were the only ones in there. More hotels can learn from this and be proactive with there guests instead of reactive to there guest. We will always stay here when in town!”

“This place is a little gem close to Calgary. Although a bit extra driving, it was affordable, which is very appealing for a family. Close to a lovely lake that you can also enjoy. We stayed for a couple of nights to experience the Stampede. Clean, easy entrance, more spacious than the pictures show, love having fans in the rooms. The large tv with access to all the shows was a big plus as well. I would stay here again! ”
