“This property was exactly as it was stated in the ad. It was extremely clean, cleanest I have ever stayed in. We have vacationed to the Outer Banks for over 50 years and this cottage is by far my most favorite of any we have stayed in. The owner is very welcoming and accessible for any needs and questions, which were few because the house accommodated us with all we needed. Can’t wait to return”

“Being that it was late October and pretty much the end of the vacation season some of the issues we encountered were understandable. The property was easy to find. located a short drive to Duck and Kittyhawk. The neighborhood was very quiet. When we first entered, we noted a mix of musty/bleach odor and a few dead palmetto bugs on the floor. The rooms were decorated nicely. The beds were a little too soft for my liking and a bit worn in.
